Window installation across Adelaide
We work across six Adelaide regions — every suburb in metro Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills.
- Adelaide CBD & North Adelaide — terraces, apartments, heritage and modern builds.
- Eastern Suburbs — Burnside, Norwood, Magill, Beaumont — heritage villa and character home territory.
- Western Suburbs — Glenelg, Henley Beach, West Lakes — coastal aluminium and modern apartments.
- Northern Suburbs — Salisbury, Mawson Lakes, Gawler, Tea Tree Gully — new builds and project homes.
- Southern Suburbs — Marion, Mitcham, Brighton, Seaford, Aldinga Beach.
- Adelaide Hills — Stirling, Mount Barker, Hahndorf — bushfire (BAL) considerations common.
How location changes a window job
The same window can need a different specification depending on where the house is:
- Character and heritage streets (much of the inner east, Unley, Prospect, North Adelaide and Walkerville): street-facing windows may sit in a heritage place or a Historic Area or Character Area Overlay. Check the SA Property and Planning Atlas or ask your council before you order.
- Coastal suburbs (Glenelg to West Lakes, Brighton to Aldinga Beach): salt air affects frame finishes and hardware, so coastal-suited aluminium or uPVC is the usual choice.
- The Adelaide Hills: in designated bushfire-prone areas, the property’s BAL assessment sets what new windows must meet under AS 3959.
- Newer estates in the north and south: double-glazing upgrades in the existing openings are a common, low-disruption project.
Frequently asked questions
Do you cover my suburb?
We cover Adelaide metro and the Adelaide Hills. If your suburb isn’t listed above, send a quote request or call 0468 038 136 and we’ll confirm.
Do window prices change by suburb?
The typical ranges are the same across Adelaide: $700–$5,500 per opening single-glazed or $1,500–$8,500 per opening double-glazed, fitted. Access, storeys, heritage detail and bushfire requirements move the price on individual jobs.
